Finally Ufone announced a service with which Ufone users with
the help of 3G enabled smartphones will be able to send and receive Video SMS
using Ufone 3G.
To use this Ufone’s latest service dial 44 before the no of
person you want to send your video message, then you will be directed to a
portal there by using menu record your video message that you want to send to
your desired person.
Charges of video messaging will be Rs. 1/min + Tax.
The person you want to send video message can be on any
network including Telenor, Mobilink, Zong, Warid.
The receiver after receiving the video message will be able
to play this video message and if he/she does not have a video calling enabled
smartphone a SMS will be sent containing the URL of that video message which
receiver can use to view the message any time.
These Video messages can be accessed by Ufone users any time
by dialing 44 before their own number and accessing Ufone video calling portal,
where recording and sending options are also available.
